Do I need insurance to be seen?

No! You do not need to have insurance to come see us. You are welcome to choose a self-pay option. You also do not need to have a referral if you are choosing this option.

What type of insurance do you take?

We take Aloha Care, Medicare, HMSA, United Healthcare, Akamai, HMAA, UHA, Tricare, BCBS, workers compensation, and no-fault. If you are unsure if we take your insurance, please call us and we can help figure it out!

We unfortunately do not accept Ohana Insurance.

Do you do prehab before surgery?

Yes, we encourage doing prehab prior to your surgery, no matter what type of surgery!

How should I prepare for my first appointment?

Be sure to bring any documents with you from your doctor if you are being referred. Please bring your driver’s license and insurance card with you too! Other than that, bring a good attitude and get ready to work!

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, we appreciate a phone call at least 24 hours before your appointment time. No-shows (or notice given with less than 24 hours) will incur a cancelation fee of $50.
